The farm is located on one of the main routes (R516) between Thabazimbi and Bela-Bela. Surrounded by Mabalingwe Nature Reserve, Zebula Golf Estate and Mabula Game Reserve.

The game farm is separated into 2 major sections.

Eastern side is fenced into 8 separate breeding camps – ranging in size between 20 HA – 31 HA

Western side offers a game reserve area, Ingilozi Park and the well known Bush Barbeque offering a play area, covered restaurant, bar area and ablutions.  The Bush BBQ is not part of the auction but the highest bidder has the option of purchase.

** 𝙋𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙚 that a large portion of the farm was affected by a wildfire that broke out in September 2023. The vegetation has not fully recovered yet.**
